They tailored a strategy to help us overcome some issues that had crept up on us over the last few years. Our labor costs have soared over the past few years and we have not been diligent in increasing our costs to offset this. I am embarrassed to admit that it was only after implementing changes to our reporting process that it became obvious. Kevin helped us make some hard decisions that brought our labor costs back to reality and helped us come up with a comprehensive plan to increase our cost of services to match inflationary pressures.
